  Dental work without consent. Dr. J as he likes to be called, completed dental work on my three year old daughter while she was under anesthesia. We made the appointment to have four cavities filled that we were told she had based on x-rays taken by his office approximately three weeks prior. He proceeded to place two silver crowns, three fillings, and reshape our daughter's teeth without our consent. He did not consult, discuss, or talk to us until after the two crowns were put in. Under no circumstances did any dentist from Little Smiles tell us that she would be needing 2 crowns or had cavities on her top teeth before she went under anesthesia. We feel violated and taken advantage of by Dr. Jimenez. We are so upset that our baby girl has had such drastic dental work done without our say.
  
  We would have gotten a second opinion if crowns were even mentioned before this appointment or that she had so many cavities, but we were not given the opportunity to do so since he completed the work while she was under anesthesia and told us after the fact. Do not go to Little Smiles Dentistry. He says he is an aggressive dentist, we think he takes advantage of good insurance plans and kids being under anesthesia to do extreme dental work.
  
  On a side note, we really like Dr. Stevens who was the original dentist we saw at this office, and are still trying to understand why she does not do the dental work for her own patients when they are under anesthesia, she must not be as "aggressive".
